Design & Engineering
Site survey, sun-path study and structural drawings. Every glasshouse is modelled for snow load, wind shear and thermal gain before a single footing is poured.
THE PRACTICE
For eighteen years, Elite Remodelers LLC has designed and built private glasshouses for estates, growers and families across the region. Every structure is drawn from scratch, engineered for your site and climate, and assembled by our own crews — never subcontracted, never from a kit.
WHAT WE BUILD
Site survey, sun-path study and structural drawings. Every glasshouse is modelled for snow load, wind shear and thermal gain before a single footing is poured.
Excavation, drainage, frost-protected footings and knee walls in brick or stone. The part nobody photographs — and the reason ours stand straight for decades.
Thermally broken steel and aluminum frames, finished in architectural powder coat. Tempered safety glass or twin-wall, set by glaziers who do nothing else.
Automated ridge venting, shade screens, hydronic heating, misting and irrigation — tuned to what you grow, controllable from your phone.
HOW IT WORKS
We walk your site, talk about what you want to grow, and give you an honest range — on the spot.
Concept drawings in three weeks. You approve every elevation, finish and fitting before we order steel.
Our own crews, a posted schedule, and a site left clean every Friday. Most builds finish in 8–14 weeks.
We commission the climate systems with you through the first season — then service them for life.
“They engineered around two oaks we refused to cut, hit the schedule to the week, and three winters in, the boiler room is still the warmest place on the property. It is the best money we ever put into this land.”
— E. Hartley, walled-garden glasshouse, completed 2023
